Antibody Research Pairs

RevMAb develops antibody clones specific to human IgG isotypes and other immunoglobulin classes that can be used to detect human or humanized therapeutic antibodies in non-human primate samples. The human immunoglobulin antibody pairs are designed for the measurement of different classes and isotypes of human immunoglobulins in biological fluids such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.

The human immunoglobulin paired antibodies are used in the sandwich ELISA assay, in which samples are added to ELISA plates coated with capture antibodies specific for the human immunoglobulin. The captured immunoglobulin is detected by addition of a biotinylated detection antibody following by incubation with alkaline phosphatase (AP)-conjugated streptavidin. Addition of the chromogenic enzyme substrate p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP) results in a colorimetric signal that can be read by an ELISA plate reader.
